• Personal cheque, Company cheque, Western Union are not accepted.

Shipping and Handling

• Confirmed orders will be shipped within 2 days.
• Shipping price is:
• $9.50 Worldwide (USA, Canada, France, Germany, etc.)
• Contact us if you would like to ship your items somewhere else.
• Delivery confirmation and insurances are included.
• Delivery time is about:
• 2 to 7 working days for Canada
• 4 to 14 working days for United-States
• 5 to 21 working days for Europe
• 5 to 25 working days for other regions

Import Duties and Taxes (for customers outside of Canada only)

• Each state and country has variable taxes and duties levied depending on the product.
• Customers are responsible for these additional taxes.
• NCardCanada is not responsible for these additional costs.
• Be sure to contact your customs agency for more information on these charges.
• Please ensure that you are aware of the import tax (VAT) in your country.

Return and Exchange

• All items are tested before shipment and carefully wrapped but they still might be damaged during delivery.
• Product is returnable and exchangeable if it is reported defective 3 days upon receipt of the parcel. Please keep all the relevant information (package, boxes, envelope, bill, manual, ...)
• Please contact us by email before sending defectives items back
• We will not exchange working items.
• If you don't know how to use your item, you may contact us by email, we will do our best to help you.
• Please use registered air mail for returning defective product. NO FedEx, DHL, Priority Mail or International Express. We will not accept the extra shipping cost for using these express services.
